Standard Shipping
Standard Delivery is within 5 to 7 business days. Orders are processed on the first available business day after your order is placed. Please note that orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii require an additional 7 business days to ship.
International Shipping
Butterfly Beach currently does not offer shipping outside of the continental United States.
Restrictions
We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
Butterfly Beach does not require a signature upon delivery. The shipper will leave your package at the safest location at your address unless otherwise specified.
Missing Delivery
In the event that your tracking shows that your package has been received but you cannot locate it, please contact a member of our Customer Service team at info@butterflybeachclothing.com so they we may investigate this for you. All lost order claims must be filed within 3 weeks of the shipping order date.
Returns
For merchandise returned within 30 days of delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Merchandise must be in its original condition (unused or not worn) with its tags attached accompanied by original invoice.

Our Exchange Policy
In the event you would like to exchange, we recommend you return your original item and then place a new order. Once your original order is received, you will be refunded in the form of the original payment. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
